Full weekend attendees: Registration will be from 6pm-7pm on Friday, May 17th
**DINNER IS NOT PROVIDED FOR THOSE ARRIVING FRIDAY. Please eat before you come! We’ll have some light snacks available.
Day Pass attendees: Registration & breakfast will be from 8:15am-9:15am (the kitchen has a hard stop of 9:30 for meals so please give yourself enough cushion to get to the location, register and enjoy breakfast with the ladies!)
A few notes for packing:
Meadowkirk at Delta Farm is a beautiful property with all kinds of trails and nature to explore. You may want to bring comfortable clothes and shoes for exploring the trails or for attending one of our two optional workout classes offered Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon
Flashlight to help navigate the path to the Cottages and the Fire pit Circle which are both a bit of a walk from the Stone Barn where our sessions will be hosted.
Other items to consider:
Water bottle
Bible, journal, notebook, pen
Phone charger
Shower sandals
Workout clothes for optional hike and workout sessions
Yoga mat if you’d like to join the morning stretch session
Comfortable shoes for walking the property
Extra blanket for sleeping if you run cold. Rooms are set between 70-72 degrees
Snacks (dry only, please!)

Saturday:
7:30-8:15a — Wake Up & Worship, a morning stretch and gentle exercise session with Bekah Johnson (bring a mat and water bottle)
8:15-9:15a — Breakfast
10:00a — Session with Dr. Tina Davis
12:30-1:30p — Lunch
Optional Afternoon Breakouts:

2:00-4:30p — Bag Embroidery in the Dining Hall (bring your canvas tote to add some simple embroidery designs)
2:00-3:00p — Quiet Hour with Gail McFarland (a peaceful time of individual soaking, meditation, journaling and rest)
3:00-3:45p — PropheticDanceFit with Tracey Boss (A Dance Fusion workout. All fitness levels welcome! Bring a water bottle)
4:00-4:45 — From Judgement to Care: A Body Image Session with Alyssa Pike, RDN.
5:30-6:30p — Dinner
7:00p — Session with Dr. Tina Davis
