Photos and/or videos taken on NewSong Church property or at our events are often published in print or posted online at ournewsong.org, in e-newsletters via MailChimp, or social sharing sites such as, but not limited to, Vimeo, Periscope, Facebook, Twitter, Google +, and Instagram. Photos and videos may also be made available on CD, DVD, or Flash Memory devices. 

Please Note: By registering for and/or attending our functions, photos and videos of you at the function may be published in any or all of the above-mentioned media and devices at the sole discretion of NewSong Church without your expressed permission. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or with identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian. Though we reserve the right to take photography/videography without your expressed permission in a public setting, we will do our best to ask permission prior to taking photography or videography of children and close-ups of any individuals (whether for publishing or not), and we will also make our best effort in asking for permission to publish media in these specific instances.
