purpose

We’re doing a couple things this month!

FIRSTLY - with our new Vision of the House churchwide, we would like to give our KH kids the opportunity to learn alongside their parents about how to have vision and to cultivate awareness of God’s presence in their lives. We wanted to engage them in this because we firmly believe that they are a core part of our church and family. As such, it is integral to hear their contributions to what vision looks like. In the coming weeks, we will provide content for our church family to walk through cultivating awareness through various exercises and this is a good way to get a jump start for the kids so that families will be able to participate together when that content is released.

Drive-Thru Book Signing

Sunday, January 17, 2020 — we will be holding a drive-thru book-signing from 12:00-1:00P where you can pick up your copy of Pastor Michelle’s book and have her sign it for your family. If you feel up for it, pack the car with your kids! We'd love to see you and send you an air hug to your car! See below for guidelines:

The presence of God - becoming more aware

Part two of our vision mini-series, we’re practicing engaging our awareness with our surroundings to notice God in the world around us and invite Him in. We pray that as you continue to settle into a new year and establish routines that God will continue to highlight and draw your awareness to words, sounds, pictures, etc. that speak to what this year will hold for your families.

Journey with God and Dreaming with Him

Pursuing vision for the year is something we often talk about and this year, we are intentionally pursuing it as a church family. We’ll be unpacking the Vision of the House for the month of January so we wanted to incorporate that in our first series of the year. We’ll start this week by talking about what it means to be on a journey with God and how we can dream with Him!
