Expectations

Please be mindful that everyone has different feelings about navigating social gatherings as we reopen. In light of this we ask that everyone be extra intentional with how they speak and words they use so that it doesn’t cause others to feel ashamed for their response to social gathering healthy safety measures.

hugs or no hugs?

We encourage you to ask before giving a hug, everyone’s comfort level is in a different place and we want to honor that!

Social Distancing

Do your best to be mindful of staying socially distant while outdoors! This will be difficult for kids but we encourage you to set up your blankets and chairs with 6ft between families.

restroom use

You must wear a mask when entering the building. The building will only be open for restroom use and will be open until 2:30P. Please follow the way-finding signs located inside to guide you to the bathroom and exiting the building. Once you’ve finished in the bathroom, exit quickly and do not to linger in the lobby or hallways. The sanctuary is off-limits and the doors will be closed, please do not open them! We understand you may be curious what our “studio” set-up looks like but right now we cannot open it to everyone :)

ENTER - through the set of doors closest to the soccer field. There will be a volunteer stationed there to allow people in.

EXIT - through the front doors closest to the parking lot and rejoin everyone at the soccer field by following the sidewalk on the right upon exiting.

Pets

Sorry, no pets allowed! Since now we’re beginning to gather we know that if you’re a pet owner, they are probably also feeling antsy, too. Makes sense that that they would come join the outdoor Sunday Socials too! But because we have a school that meets during the school year, we are required by law to keep the property pet-free.
