We have moved into Phase 4 of Reopening, please click here to learn more.

phase 3 of reopening

We’re so glad you’re considering attending our Sunday Service for this next phase of reopening!

At this time, we feel it is appropriate in this phase to remove the need for the RSVP to attend service.

*removing the RSVP system also removes our ability to gauge whether we’ve reached maximum capacity for service. To ensure you have a spot, arrive when doors open! Once we reach maximum capacity, we welcome you to join us at the outdoor service!

Please see below for how this applies to the structure of our service moving forward.

For all those interested in attending, please read through for either indoor or outdoor service.

Guidelines 1. Volunteers arrive at 9:40A (you'll be contacted on Friday evening if serving on the team) 2. Doors Open at 9:45A (service starts at 10:30A) 3. Masks: We recommend the use of a mask while in transit around the building (removed while seated for service), we also recognize the new recommendations stated by the CDC for those fully-vaccinated against covid-19. 5. Seating is self-directed, we will have a seating host available as needed, please ask if you need help!

  • As you are finding seats, please find seats that remain socially distant from another household (4 chairs between households)

  • If this is your first time attending our service, please find a designated volunteer in the lobby so we can connect and get your name & email for contact tracing purposes!

  • According to Virginia guidelines, it is recommended that parents use their best judgment for children ages 2-4 with regards to mask wearing when social distancing is not possible. We recommend they wear their masks while in transit but can be removed at their seat.

  • We understand some people may feel comfortable sitting by friends. We are allowing up to 4 friends to sit together during service.

  • As you reach your seats, we ask you to remain there so that others can see what seats are available as they arrive

  • Please refrain from physical contact with individuals not in your household while in the building

  • At this time, we are not using flags during worship
